About the Art

Are the prints reproductions of original paintings?
Yes. Every print begins as one of Caroline's original ink and resin paintings, created by hand in her studio. The prints capture the depth, shimmer, and detail of the originals in museum-quality giclée.

What is a giclée print?
Giclée (zhee-klay) is a fine-art printing process using archival-quality inks sprayed onto acid-free paper. It produces exceptionally rich color and detail that lasts for decades without fading.

What paper and inks do you use?
Prints are made on premium matte fine art paper using archival, non-toxic, environmentally responsible inks.

Do prints come framed?
No — prints arrive unframed so you can choose framing that suits your space. All print sizes are standard frame sizes.

What sizes are available?
Most art prints come in six sizes, from 8" x 12" up to 32" x 48". Available sizes are listed on each product page.

Phone Cases & Journals

Which phones do the cases fit?
Cases are available for iPhone and Samsung models — choose your model, plus a glossy or matte finish, on the product page.

Are the cases protective?
Yes. They are tough, impact-resistant cases designed for everyday protection as well as beauty.

What are the journals like?
Hardcover journals wrapped in Caroline's artwork — beautiful companions for writing, sketching, and dreaming.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Prints, phone cases, and journals are printed to order and shipped directly to your door, wherever you are.

How long will my order take?
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at likoudesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return a print if I change my mind?
Because prints are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind — but if there's anything wrong with your piece, we'll always make it right.

Originals

Are the originals truly one of a kind?
Yes. Each original painting is a singular, hand-poured ink and resin work. When it's claimed, it's gone forever — it will never be reproduced as an original.

How are originals shipped?
Originals are packed with museum-grade care and shipped with tracking and insurance. We'll be in touch personally to arrange the details.

Commissions

Do you take custom commissions?
Yes! Visit our Commissions page to share your vision — Caroline will be in touch to discuss your one-of-a-kind piece.
